Built in 1970 and recently renovated and appointed by Eric Ross Interiors, you'll sense the romantic Highlands’ charm in every detail of this beautiful vacation home.

Featuring three bedrooms, each with an on-suite bath, and a lower living area with a day bed and trundle, the Roostica Cottage hosts a group of eight as easily as a getaway for two.

Whether you crave outdoor activity, a low-key retreat, or first-class shopping and dining, the Roostica Cottage offers close proximity to Highlands' best amenities, making your stay as easy as possible.

Room 1: Master bedroom on upper level with electric fireplace & on-suite bath

Room 2: Queen bedroom on main level with on-suite bath

Room 3: Twin bedroom on main level with on-suite bath

LAYOUT: 
You will enter the home into the large living and dining area on the first level. Turn left into the open kitchen and den area or keep straight to exit onto the screened-in veranda. Both the queen bedroom and the twin bedroom are located on the main level off of the den.

Upstairs you will find a small coffee bar leading into the master bedroom and bathroom. The master bathroom offers a standing shower, toilet room and dual vanity. 

Downstairs you will find a lower living area (with day bed, trundle and washer & dryer). The lower living area offers foosball and a door leading to the backyard with a path to the dock across the road.
